YOGA ADDS LIFE TO YOUR YEARS AND YEARS TO YOUR LIFE
With an aim to keep everyone physically fit, mentally healthy and spiritually awakened, World Yoga Day was celebrated on 21st June at Edify. Some of the programme highlights of the day were a speech on the importance of yoga, sharing some amazing tips on the relevance of practicing yoga, demonstration of Surya Namaskar and yoga display with background music. Our tenth grade students took to stage and exhibited their skills in speaking, anchoring, and also demonstrating Surya Namskar to their juniors with the assistance of their HRTs and the Physical Education Instructors. All those who participated in yoga session felt highly rejuvenated.
