Orange Colour Day Celebration

‘Orange is the happiest colour’ – Frank Sinatra

Orange is a combination of yellow and red and is considered an energetic colour. Orange calls to mind feelings of excitement, enthusiasm and warmth.

The Kindergarten of Edify School had a virtual Orange colour celebration integrated with Krishna Janmashtami with great fervour and enthusiasm on the 31st August 2021.

All the students , parents and teachers were dressed in pretty orange attires. The session started with children finding as many things as possible such as orange colour objects, vegetables , fruits sea animals and wild animals which is visible in the forest through the adventures of Dora and the Sniper. As this was a Parent Connect Program, we had a surprise quiz for the parents, they enjoyed answering the quiz. The students also participated in a quiz activity along with their parents.

Our little stars also sang bhajans on Lord Krishna, few spoke on how they celebrated the festival.

We concluded the session by decorating the pot with kundans,beads and mirrors. Students were happy to see their creativity and were showing off their work. It was a wonderful session for both the parents and the children.
