“Cooking skills help to meet nutrition guidelines,ability to perform preliminary procedures in cooking and nutrition supply”
.In order to make the buddies understand the benefits of cooking,serving , setting the table and cleaning up the mess, our Kindergarten had a competition on Cooking without fire.
The young chefs amazed the HRTS and the Judges by their mouth watering recipes like Oats ladoos,Coconut and carrot ladoos,bhel puri,fruit lollipop, sprouts salad ,Peanut masala, Lime juice,corn flakes chat,sandwiches with fruits and veggies ,Chocolate desserts and so on.
The main objective of this competition was to make our buddies understand the cultures,customs and flavors of a healthy meal which in future will help them to practice basic math concepts,build language skills,self-confidence and lay the foundation for healthy eating habits.
