Objective:-A ground for teaching kids discipline and social behaviour and to celebrate teacher’s day.

A weekly e- assembly was presented by the students of Grade 5B on the 2nd of September 2021
The theme of the assembly was on Teachers Day and Ganesh Chaturthi
Teachers’ Day in India is celebrated on 5th September to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. He was a renowned scholar, recipient of Bharat Ratna, first Vice- President, and second President of independent India. He was born on 5 September, 1888. On this day, as a sweet gesture of respect and love, students extend gifts to their teachers. They convey the importance of their mentors in life with words and speeches and with enactments.
Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated annually to mark the birth of Lord Ganesh, the God of new beginnings and a fresh start. the main essence of Ganesh Chaturthi is that devotees who pray to him are set free of sins and it leads them on the path of knowledge and wisdom.
The assembly began with the prayer and school song followed by thought for the day. Student delivered informative speech on the importance of Teachers Day and Ganesh Chaturthi.
Students also reflected what they have learned in the Inquiry Cycle through activities related to EVS, English, Math, Hindi and Kannada
Students also discussed the key profiles which included reflective and research -oriented
The assembly was edifying and engrossing.
