Playing with clay has a calming effect on children helps to relieve stress, offers a positive diversion for young and active minds.Keeping this in mind, the Tinytots of Edify School made Lord Ganesh with colourful clay as part of Ganesha Chaturthi celebrations
The little ones made Lord Ganesha with different shapes cut outs integrating it with mathematics, they also made Lord Ganesha with letters, integrated with Language-English, some students made Lord Ganesha using disposable cups, showing their creative skills. These kinds of activities not only develops their fine motor skill but also encourages play-based learning.
The students even learned the importance of the festival. It was a treat to the eyes when they completed the activity and showed it to us.
