“Our heritage talks about the roots of our nation.”
Giving wings to the imagination of our budding artists, Edify School, Kanakapura main
Road, organized Inter-house Board Decoration Competition for students.
Boards on the Theme- “Heritage of India” adorned with vibrant sketches, paintings,
portraits of monuments, coins, artifacts, dance forms, literary sources, educational
messages, and vivid borders prepared by student-teachers of four houses i.e. Fire, Earth,
Water and Air were a treat to watch. All four houses participated in the activity with full
enthusiasm and enjoyed it thoroughly. Students and teachers put all their imagination
into the creative presentation and came up with visually attractive and informative house
boards. Each board was inspiring in its own way. Based on decoration, creativity,
clarity, writing, sketching, originality of ideas, presentation, the material used, cutting of
material used & theme.
The boards were judged by Ms. Niti Mahendra – Director, Edify School
Kanakpura Main Road, Bengaluru. According to her heritage is the history, monuments,
coins, artifacts, inscriptions, traditions, practices etc. of a particular country or society,
that exist from the past and continue to be important.
This competition not only brought out the creativity of the students but also
learned to work as a team to achieve a common goal.
