NPS Agara hosted ‘Science Quest’ and inter school competition on 27th July 2019 and our school was one of the participants in it. This competition gave a platform for our students with scientific temper to exhibit their skill. They had made working models in the Mangalyan (grade 6 and 7 students) and Voyager category (grade 9 and 10). Our young scientists Arunika Varshney, Shishir Shyam Kumar, Reshma and Lavanya Singh lifted the first prize in Mangalyan category for their ‘Blackhole Working Model’. Our students came back with enriching experience by participating in it.
Inter School Competition ‘Silicon Spectrum’ was organised on 8th August, 2019 in Silicon City Academy of Secondary Education in which many schools from South Bengaluru participated. Various competitions such as Science super Hero, T- shirt designing, Photosynthesis, Logo, designing, Build the bridge and cross the barrier, Mime show, Science exhibition were conducted and Edify school students too participated. Our Edifiers from grade 10 Mahanta and Abhijanan exhibited a working model Moebius Twist securing 2nd position. This competition provided a good exposure to participants.
