Event: My Book, My Friend activity
Theme : Read and Grow
On the occasion of World Book Day 2020, ‘My Book My Friend’ campaign was launched by Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ to encourage students to keep reading books.Edify school took up the activity with full enthusiasm as our students wrote beautiful book reviews and creative drawings based on their favourite story books.

An exercise where students were encouraged to go beyond the limits of textbooks to explore new fictional characters through their favourite stories and analyse them innovatively.

Reading books and pondering through them are a great way to combat isolation and anxieties that the pandemic could have brought among children.

The power of books is not only to give new knowledge and ideas to the students but also to enhance their imagination, critical thinking, language skills, focus, memory and concentration.
Our students enjoyed the activities and here is an array of evidence that showcases the creative minds of Edify.
