Colours always fascinate us. It enlivens our environment and is an integral part of our life. Yellow is the predominant colour of Basant Panchami, which, as the name implies, corresponds to the spring season. It is a vibrant color that exudes happiness, positivity, and life. The Kindergarten of Edify School celebrated a virtual Yellow colour day with great fervor and enthusiasm on the 28th of February 2022. All the students and teachers, had dressed in pretty yellow attires. The students eagerly awaited when the significances of yellow colour were discussed. The colour of the month was integrated with Basant Panchami, where students recited a prayer and spoke on the topic – Basant Panchami in their mother language. The students took part with great enthusiasm in art and craft activities related to the yellow colour, thus reinforcing the concept of the yellow colour. It turned out to be a remarkable day filled with fun and enthusiasm.
